Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Slabbr subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It applies to the Basic and Pro plans. The Free plan is never charged.
1. Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card is charged on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after that.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the pricing page before you check out.
2. Cancel anytime
- You can cancel whenever you want — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then your account drops to the Free plan. You are not charged again.
- Cancelling does not delete your account or collection — you can keep using Slabbr on the Free plan.
3. Subscription refunds
- New subscriptions: if you're unhappy, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. The Free plan exists so you can try Slabbr before paying, so this covers the case where a paid plan wasn't what you expected.
- Accidental or duplicate charges: refunded in full whenever they happen — just contact us.
- Renewals: monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period starts, because you can cancel at any time before renewal to avoid them. If something went wrong (for example you meant to cancel and couldn't), contact us and we'll make it right.
4. Scan refunds (built in)
Separate from billing: if Slabbr misidentifies a card, tap "report wrong" on that scan and the scan is credited back to your daily count automatically. You're never charged a scan for our mistake.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@slabbr.pro from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
